ABOUT IVY EVENTS
Background
The Ivy International Events Committee is an international alliance of activities belonging to international non-profit organizations, with members such as Harvard University, Yale University, Princeton University, Stanford University and other governing organizations. Since 1954, the Ivy International Events Committee has organized tens of thousands of events, and each time it continues to innovate.
Mission
Adhering to the spirit of competition, cooperation and innovation of the Ivy League, the Ivy International Events Committee seeks outstanding students to help them go to the world, and continuously improves their comprehensive ability and broaden their horizons by actively participating in international activities. In the future, it will get more opportunities to be favored by famous universities and help more children go to the international stage.
Experts
Dr. Elidor Mehilli, a member of the Ivy International Events committee, Professor and Ph.D. of History at Princeton University, and author of the international bestseller and literary masterpiece From Stalin to Mao: Albania and the Socialist World (Cornell University Press). He is currently on the faculty of Columbia University and the City University of New York.
William Noseworthy, an expert representative of the Ivy International Events committee of the United States, a professor of history at Cornell University, an internationally renowned scholar, with a doctorate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, is an expert in the study of Southeast Asian culture and economy.
Brian Ruppert is an expert representative of the Ivy International Events committee, an expert in cross-cultural Studies at Harvard University, an academic author in cross-cultural studies at Princeton University, and a professor of Japanese. His most recent book on Japanese history is called Jewel in the Ashes, published by Harvard University. He is currently a professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Ali Akhtar, a member of the Ivy International Events committee, Professor of global History, famous alumni of Cornell University. He is the author of 1368: China and the Making of the Modern World, published by Stanford University and featured in the Wall Street Journal. He currently teaches global history and international relations at Cornell University and holds a doctorate from New York University.
Sherif Farrag, a famous alumni representative of Ivy International Events committee, Columbia University alumnus, Ivy League professional fencer. A 2012 Olympian, he has won several international fencing awards. USA Fencing Association professional event organizer and professional coach. Olympic International sports law expert.
Mr. James, the leading judge of the International Voices Panel, is an educator, vocal teacher and entertainer from the United States. He graduated from the historic William Paterson University in the UnitedStates. He holds Bachelor's and master's degrees in music education with minor in voice, trumpet and piano. He has a keen interest in Chinese culture. During his career in the United States, he has performed with several of the nation's leading orchestras, including playing the Trumpet and singing solo in the New York Staff Band. The orchestra took him on Tours throughout the United States and Europe, including the Royal Albert Hall in London and Alice Tulley Hall at Lincoln Center in New York.
Brandy, Ivy International Events Committee "International Voice," the Voice of the International board ESL judges, American singer, musician, actor, famous ESL education workers, first English children's songs ever written and recorded more than 200, and has more than 10 years of ESL teacher training and consulting experience. Proficient in piano, guitar, ukulele, clarinet, alto saxophone, Bari saxophone and other instruments.
Count Keith Shillitoe, a British, speaks six languages (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and a small part of Chinese). Like skateboarding, skating, etc. Becoming an actor is more of an accident for Count. His friend is an actor. One day, he said to Count, why don’t you be an actor? Fraser Sanderson, professional film actor and TV star, has starred in TV Series 香山叶正红 and some films such as Shanghai Sojourners, Blos soms, My People My Homeland and worked on the film 1921. He has lived in ten countries including the US, Canada Slovakia, France, South Korea, Thailand and Australia. He speaks English, French and German. As the Judge of the lvy International Voice, he's looking forward to be IMPRESSED by the participants from all the Asian countries.
