Age Groups

Preschooler Group：3-6 years old preschoolers.

Elementary Group A: Grade 1-3.

Elementary Group B: Grade 4-6.

Middle school Group: Grade 7-9.

High School Group: Grade 10-12.

Participation Conditions

The "International Voice Singing Contest" is open to young singing fans aged 3-18 from all regions and countries in Asia. Winners of other singing events may also register.

Applicant must provide:

Requirements for the audio recording:

1.The applicant's singing performance recording must be recorded within a year.

2.Multilingual singing is allowed.

3.Editing software, hardware, and accompaniment music are unlimited. And the song could be original.

4.The applicants may sing as a solo act, duets, or group(up to 6 members ). NO vulgar lyrics and LIP-SYNCHING are allowed.

5.Musical accompaniment and instruments are the responsibilities of the participants.

Results and Announcement

Participants' audition results will be announced on the official account of International Voice at that time. You can follow the official account "常春藤国际之声" for self inquiry. Participants with a global audition result of 6.0 points or more will be eligible for semi final elections in the registered region.

Scoring Criteria

The entire event adopts a maximum score of 10 points.The judges are the professors / teachers of the universities from Harvard University, Princeton University, University of Pennsylvania, Yale University, Columbia University, Stanford University, Cornell University, Dartmouth College, Brown University or local authorized academic institutions.

Participating Venue

The Asia-Pacific Semi-Final is in online mode. The specific Semi- Audition activity arrangements are subject to the official account notice. Please pay close attention to the official account notice.

MV recording and submission:

* Record MV in MP4 format, no more than 5 minutes, the title must include the name of the participant and the name of the song;

* Songs in Asian languages such as Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean and other international languages such as French and Spanish are optional. Participants must show their face and use their own voice; 

*MP4/MOV format, resolution not less than 720*1080, not more than 500M;

*MV works will be available to the official system. 

*It can be a studio MV,stage live or creative editing,and real people must appear on camera.

*The audition process for the Asia-Pacific Semi-Final: Submit one mv video to participate in the audition selection for the Asia-Pacific region.International judges will provide live connection and comments.

*The participants who have got into the Global Grand Final have to follow the official instruc tions to register. 

  The Global Grand Final will take place in Beijing China/Shanghai China/Guangzhou China/Shenzhen China/Hong Kong China/Macau China/Singapore/   Malaysia/Thailand.It will be held in one or several cities, subject to official announcement of that year.

*Participate in the Global Grand Final and the global distribution of the work.

*Be invited to the offline finals stage to participate in the on-site competition and recording.

*The Jury's decision shall be final, no appeals shall be considered.
